DeakinTALENT is Deakin University’s Graduate Recruitment Service for employers, and we free recruitment services for businesses.  Free of charge, DeakinTALENT recruitment consultants can assist in advertising your vacancies to targeted groups of students, develop interest, complete a thorough candidate search and shortlist applicants for you interview.  We have assisted many businesses across Melbourne’s east to fill casual, part-time, full-time and graduate roles over the years.

We make it as easy as possible for you to recruit our Deakin students and graduates and it won’t cost you a cent!  We can also connect you with our Faculty-based work integrated learning teams if you would like to host a Deakin student as an intern.
