Crossway LifeCare

Crossway LifeCare is a community services organisation with a vision to see local people in tough places flourish. We care for those who are experiencing all manner of hardship in their life, from poor mental health to family violence to social isolation and loneliness, and many other challenging situations.

We do what we do not only to help those people who are finding life tough, but because we believe that a safer, healthier and happier community benefits all of us.

We do what we do for the benefit of the entire community around us. We're passionate about helping all people who need it.

Crossway Lifecare works with people irrespective of religion, race, gender, disability or sexual orientation. We aim to model grace, compassion, trust, and integrity within our team and to others. 

We develop our services according to asset-based community development principles rather than welfare models. We serve to empower people to stand up on their own and provide opportunities for people to not just participate in, but contribute to, community.

We are unique in that we offer a wide range of different but interconnected support services from staff-led and volunteer-supported benevolent community support in the form of connections and food provision, to a more structured mentoring program, to a fully professional mental health service
