Essence of Health was established in 1996 by Carmen Caruana. Our soft tissue therapists combine the use of several techniques to gain the best possible result for your treatment. We take pride in helping individuals to be the best they can. At Essence of Health we help people reach their physical goals, whether it be a goal to wellness, a sporting PB or simply maintaining good health. The treatment itself may involve deep tissue work, Cupping, Trigger point Therapy or gentle stretches if required. We have a specifically trained and qualified Pregnancy Massage Therapist, Myotherapist and Bowen Therapist.  Utilizing excellent communication we create a place where people want to simply be."

With 27 years of experience as a massage therapist and as the owner of Essence of Health; Carmen combines the use of several techniques in her treatments. Carmen and her staff regularly attend continued education courses to update their skills.  As the health industry is changing, so is the business and so we now offer many modalities in soft tissue therapy.  Our latest edition is the services of a Health coach, we are excited to have Joanna Mullins join our team.
