We’ve been connecting Melbourne’s business community since 1996.  Now with over 150 business memberships, the Whitehorse Business Group is one of Melbourne’s largest networking groups.  We have a long history of helping local businesses thrive and we’re committed to helping yours.

The Whitehorse Business Group is an independent, not-for-profit organisation committed to helping Melbourne businesses connect, learn and grow.  

We do this by hosting regular networking events and professional development workshops known for raising the standard and providing exceptional value to members and guests who attend.  

We seek out inspiring and thought-provoking speakers to challenge intelligent business leaders in how they think and what they do.   Our workshops are created to help you with the common challenges of running a business and to do business in a better way.  Our events are well organised, promoted, and well attended to help you raise your professional or business profile.

We’re located in Box Hill, in Melbourne’s central eastern suburbs, within the City of Whitehorse. It’s a thriving, rapidly growing metropolitan business district with plenty of opportunities to build relationships and grow your business.

The Whitehorse Business Group is unique from other networking groups in that we have a dedicated full time administrator and events manager, Jacky Wright, and a board of directors to oversee the objectives and direction of the group.  This is the key to our success.  We’re dedicated to ensuring our events don’t disappoint. 

Our board members add significant value to the group’s strategic direction and draw from a diverse range of experiences in business. Well connected, they share an understanding of how valuable networking is for business and personal growth. 

A voice for business with Council connections.

The Whitehorse Business Group has been connecting and supporting the business community for over 20 years. We’re well supported and highly regarded by the City of Whitehorse.  We provide a voice for local business and input into Council’s economic strategy. With two Council representations on our board at any one time, the Whitehorse Business Group is well positioned to foster beneficial partnerships between Council and local business.   If you’re a business operating within the City of Whitehorse, we can help guide you on business issues relating to Council or connect you with the right Council representative so you can avoid a run around.
