Our Approach

It is our job to care for you, your business or your clients when they are in financial distress, to provide a fair outcome for creditors and debtors alike. We are an insolvency, restructuring and forensic firm with offices in every Australian state and Northern Territory giving us a deeper reach than another similar firm in Australia, as well as having offices in New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Our directors have extensive experience in industries as diverse as building and construction, entertainment, printing, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and many more.

We aim, wherever possible, to rescue a company or individual in financial difficulty by designing arrangements that will return financial viability, benefit all stakeholders and avoid the need for liquidation or bankruptcy. For small businesses with a debt of less than $1 million, we can also take them through a formal Small Business Restructure which is a great way to return a business to solvency.

In these instances, once our work is done, we hand the clients back to their previous advisors and hope to never see them again.

In circumstances where this cannot be achieved, for individuals and businesses both large and small, we will undertake a prompt, equitable and transparent process calculated to realise the full value of the available assets, to achieve the highest possible returns for creditors.
