ORIGINAL BOOTCAMPTM
The Living Edge has been delivering ORIGINAL BOOTCAMPTM across Melbourne since 2007, with great success. Original Bootcamp is the world’s longest-running and most respected bootcamp fitness program, founded by internationally renowned fitness experts Chief Brabon and Emilie Brabon-Hames.
We provide Original BootcampTM programs at Wattle Park (Burwood) and Fawkner Park (South Yarra). Our highly experienced and qualified team of trainers will ensure you are challenged, supported and encouraged as you work to achieve your health and wellness goals. You will also become part of an amazing community.
TACTICAL ADVANTAGE
Tactical Advantage is a sport-specific conditioning program. It allows sporting clubs and corporate teams to benefit from a version of the highly effective military-inspired training methods of ORIGINAL BOOTCAMP that is adapted to meet the specific needs, goals and values of their team or workplace. Our Master Trainer, Dave Murray, has more than a decade’s experience as Exercise Science Advisor to such professional AFL clubs as Collingwood, Carlton and Hawthorn. Supported by his outstanding team of instructors, Dave’s ability to physically challenge and galvanise a team is unparalleled.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our highly experienced personal trainers will tailor training programs to meet your specific fitness and wellness goals, as well as your current fitness level and time commitments. They will challenge you, support you and hold you accountable to be your best self. They will also follow up with the provision of advice to assist in the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.
