Winner of the Bendigo Community Bank Community Award:
Ronda is the CEO we all want in our organisations. She is approachable, hands on and very engaged. Ronda has clearly gone to great lengths to meet with her staff, the community, clients, other stakeholders and other community organisations personally, to ensure her organisations direction fits with the needs of the community. Funding a much needed Men’s Shed in Nunawading, and rolling out the Baby Makes Three program across 7 local Councils, including Whitehorse, shows Ronda’s ability to listen to the needs of the community and make things happen. We congratulate her on her down-to-earth, engaging leadership and her determination to continue providing such a valuable and vital service to over 10,000 users within the local community. The Whitehorse Community Health Service is a truly deserving winner of this category.
Winner of the City of Whitehorse Start-Up/Micro/Home Based Business Award:
Catherine Rosalion has a big, clear vision for her business, and has already taken it a long way since its recent inception. She has an obvious passion to help as many families who have a child with autism as possible, and has worked on becoming highly visible in a short period of time. She has focus and drive, and is already achieving success in a worthy area.
Winner of the Small Business Victoria Small Business Award:

• Understanding of their target markets and their programs to drive more business and differentiate from their competitors

Winner of the City of Whitehorse Medium Business Award:

Infoactiv works with a diverse range of customers and sectors on various supply chain and sustainability initiatives. Eastern Health is an excellent organization, quite innovative. They conduct studies and researches into areas of improvement.
They are seeking to be a world leader; they are very well organized and have a strong leadership.
City of Whitehorse Environment & Sustainability Award:
InfoActiv "live and breathe" environmental sustainability, both in terms of their core business activities as well as what they do internally. From helping their clients responsibly manage their supply chain and waste, to doing things themselves in a responsible way according to their independently-certified (ISO:14001) environmental management system, we deem them to be the winner.
City of Whitehorse Mayoral Award for Growth & Development:
WCHS Ltd was formed in 1996 from the former Box Hill Community Health Service, which was established in 1985. They provide a large range of health services primarily to the Whitehorse Local Government Area (LGA), but in some cases deliver services more widely. WCHS values collaboration and works closely with other services in the health service system and is a highly committed and an active member of the Inner East Primary Care Partnership.
Whitehorse Community Health Service provides high quality, accessible and integrated services to improve the health and wellbeing of the community.
