Winner of the Bendigo Community Bank Community Award:

Whitehorse Community Health Service Ltd.

award_01Ronda is the CEO we all want in our organisations. She is approachable, hands on and very engaged. Ronda has clearly gone to great lengths to meet with her staff, the community, clients, other stakeholders and other community organisations personally, to ensure her organisations direction fits with the needs of the community. Funding a much needed Men’s Shed in Nunawading, and rolling out the Baby Makes Three program across 7 local Councils, including Whitehorse, shows Ronda’s ability to listen to the needs of the community and make things happen. We congratulate her on her down-to-earth, engaging leadership and her determination to continue providing such a valuable and vital service to over 10,000 users within the local community. The Whitehorse Community Health Service is a truly deserving winner of this category.
