The organisation provides a range of services and employment for over 350 people with a disability and employs approximately 150 permanent, part time and casual staff across its services to assist its clients.

Richard Huggins, it’s founding Director commenced business in the electrical industry in 1976 and in 1986 incorporated Industelec Services Pty Ltd. Industelec Services Pty Ltd provides electrical design, manufacture, installation and maintenance services to an extremely diverse customer portfolio. In 2004 they have moved into their current premises in Blackburn from where they manage their extensive industrial and commercial operations.
